First, Truck & Tables:
This complete espresso bar on wheels can be set up in a parking lot, driveway, or field, and is ideal for a smaller event and limited menu. In fact, the "Truck Without Tables," pictured above, is our typical set-up for corporate functions.
Next, Festival Tent:
When we go to a weekend event with a large attendance, whether in a campground or on city streets, we set up a 10' x 10' tent next to the truck to support the traffic and offer a wider menu:
